The result was the design of a development that is ecologically compatible with the natural environment of the Pontine coast, surrounded by water and abundant greenery.<\/p>\n<p>The centerpiece of the project is the construction of the Thermal Baths, which will attract tourists and give the entire province a completely new identity. This is made possible by the presence of salsobromo-iodic waters, among the richest in natural mineral salts, beneficial for treating skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, as well as rheumatologic ailments.<\/p>\n<p>Considerable attention has been given to designing solutions for nature-based recreation, including the construction of a golf course and numerous outdoor activity areas with direct beach access.
