Our process

The four pillars take shape in a structured path. Every project is different, but the logic remains the same: understand before proposing, integrate before building, govern through to the end. Phases overlap and adapt, but they describe how we guide a project from its beginning to its realisation.

Reading & feasibility

Every project starts from an understanding of its context: analysis of the site, of regulatory and technical constraints, of the asset's potential and of the client's objectives. This is the phase in which it becomes clear whether and how an idea can become a feasible project, reducing uncertainty before it turns into cost.

Strategy & set-up

Direction is defined: functional programme, intervention scenarios, economic framework and stakeholder direction. This is where project governance is established — who decides, on what timeline, within which constraints — because a complex project holds together above all through its initial choices.

Integrated design

Architecture, engineering and cost management work together, not in sequence. Design choices are verified from the outset against technical feasibility, performance and economic sustainability, so that the project is born coherent and buildable.

Coordination & detailed design

The project is translated into operational documents: detailed and construction design, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection between structures, systems and architecture. Technical complexity is put in order before the site opens, reducing the risk of delays and discontinuity.

Construction & direction

On site we act as technical director: works supervision, control of time, cost and quality, management of critical issues and constant alignment between client, designers and contractors. This is where many clients recognise our true value: presence at the decisive moments

Our method in international contexts
