BASE IS A STUDIO SPECIALIZED IN MULTIDISCIPLINARY DESIGN.
FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS, WE HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMING TODAY’S SPACES INTO THE PLACES OF TOMORROW.
Founded in Turin in 2002 by architect Pier Massimo Cinquetti, the studio specializes in architecture, civil engineering, and project management, and operates both in Italy and in international contexts.

INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
Over the years, Base has taken part in several international projects in Italy, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Oman, and China. We collaborate with a number of international firms in the development of projects and competitions: TEI SA (Switzerland), 郜于侗 (China), Base Bulgaria (Bulgaria), and Cube (Dubai).
PARTNERSHIP
The studio of Arch. Benedetto Camerana and BASE have been collaborating for years on national and international projects, through a consolidated partnership focused on architectural design — ranging from preliminary to executive development, general coordination, and construction supervision.
BEMaa specializes in architectural design at various scales, with a particular focus on residential projects and temporary installations. BASE and BEMaa collaborate, especially in the Milan area, on the development of international projects for private clients in strategic areas of public interest.
The Ferrari and Brocajoli Studio operates in the Mantua area with decades of experience in structural and systems design. In particular, BASE and SFB collaborate on the technological design solutions required to engineer projects through the various development stages, from preliminary to executive.
IPB operates in the Novara area in the field of structural and fire safety design, collaborating with BASE on both local and international projects. From preliminary phases through to site management, IPB contributes its professional expertise to the study of structural aspects of buildings and the development of fire prevention solutions.
A design studio dedicated to the creation of spaces and digital experiences through the development of human–technology interactions, it collaborates with BASE on international-scale projects that merge the virtual and real worlds, particularly in contexts such as pavilions, exhibitions, display spaces, and venues where public interactivity plays a central role.
TEI is a Swiss engineering company with which BASE collaborates on projects in Switzerland for the construction of both residential and commercial buildings, working closely together in both the design and construction supervision phases.
PlusValue is an international organization whose purpose is to support financial market operators and public and private investors in achieving sustainability goals and the commercial success of their initiatives. BASE and PV work together effectively toward this common goal in projects of particular significance for their strategic economic and social impact.
Asset, based in Rome, provides services through integrated technical, financial, and administrative expertise, enabling Development Management activities in the real estate and PPP sectors. BASE and Asset collaborate on projects that involve them jointly in the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing real estate assets.
