Our team, together with our Swiss partner, was responsible for the preliminary and detailed design, as well as for managing the administrative process with the local Swiss authorities. The student residence extends across five floors, from the second to the sixth, while part of the basement and the first floor host sports and leisure facilities for students, including a reading room, study areas, and a fitness center.

In line with Swiss standards, and following an in-depth study of the student housing context, we designed the residence with single rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette. Most of the rooms open onto balconies or verandas, extending the living space and enhancing comfort.
